Holistic Aromatherapy

 

Aromatherapy massage combines hands-on touch therapy with the medicinal and psychotherapeutic properties of essential oils. Our therapists style of massage range from deep tissue massage, hands-on healing and acupressure to lymph drainage.

 

Aromatherapy is a great stress buster and promotes a sense of peace and well-being. It can relieve pain and discomfort; improve skin, circulatory, digestive and hormonal problems; boost the immune system and much more.

 

How Often do I Need to Have a Treatment?

Although even one Aromatherapy treatment can make a difference, it is usually more effective to have a course of regular treatments. This may be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on the needs of the individual. A treatment plan will be discussed with you, and reviewed as necessary. This will always be subject to your own preferences, and can be changed at any time according to progress.

Tracey Pennington runs Arom-atic Beauty, Healing Hands' in-house holistic beauty room. Tracey offers Aromatherapy facials, 30 minute back ,neck and shoulder massage and full body Aromatherapy massage as well as a full range of other beauty treatments.

Sharrron Cook is our in-house Reflexology practitioner and member of the International Council for Holistic Therapists. Sharron also practices Reiki, Indian Head and Sweedish Massage.

Emmalene Katayama is an Intuitive Healer who uses a range of therapies to help you tune into your core self. She also practices Spiritual Healing, Indian Head Massage, aspects of Shamanisim and Thermo-auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles). Emmalene is the founder and head teacher of the Yorkshire School of Holistic Aromatherapy.

Rosie Mor is our resident Kinesiology and Body Worker. Rosie offers a "tool-box" of treatments and therapies to help you unwid aching muscles or support you through change.
