YOGA CLASS for BEGINNERS
Every Tuesday evening 6:30 - 7:30pm. Call us on 01484 425236 to book.

These taster classes are designed to suit beginners and people with limited experience of yoga. The style of yoga is Hatha, with a strong emphasis on alignment. Maureen teaches you how to do the poses in the way that is safest and kindest for your body. The small class size of up to 6 students means that she can provide individual support. She also provides mats and other equipment.

Cost: £6 per class
(Minimum number of participants per class, 3, maximum number 6)

Reiki Level 1 - Date TBA 10am - 5pm. Usui Reiki Healing Level 1 with Alex Chaloner. Cost £75 including certificate, attunement and manual. Call 01484 425236 to book.

Reiki Level 2 - Sunday 15th August 10am - 5pm. Usui Reiki Healing Level 2 with Alex Chaloner. Cost £75 including certificate, attunement and manual. Call 01484 425236 to book.
