Run by therapist and long time Meditation practitioner Rosie Mor, this popular seven week long course of meditation begins again on Tuesday 16th September at 7:30pm. The class is suitable for beginners, sporadic meditators and those wanting the dynamics of group work. Also open to those who have gone through the seven weeks and wish to continue with the meditation.
