What are Flower Essence Consultations?

Flower essences work by stimulating the body's own capacity to heal itself. You may have heard of "Rescue Remedy" which contains five flower essences from the Bach range - one of many systems now available.

 

Flower essences create balance across a range of common conditions and states of being such as depression, stress, anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed or worthlessness.

 

What Happens During a Consultation?

You will be asked to talk about the things that are most pressing on your mind. Your therapists will listen and gently ask questions.

 

The process is non judgemental and peole find that it is reassuring and supportive.

 

At the end of the session an individual bottle of flower essences is made up for you to take.

PSYCH-K Balances

Psych-K is a powerful system that allows you to reprogram the way that you think. It offers a safe, non-invasive and effective way to change outdated perceptions and beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind.

How Does it Work?

The way we understand and respond to life events is often the result of a lifetime of "programming" by peers, parents, teachers and other's who we see as authoritative. Many of us hang on to self limiting beliefs and PSYCH-K uses techniques to help you reprogram that thinking.
