As mentioned, to be hypnotised is to be deeply relaxed, so when you
attend a hypnotherapy session you should feel relaxed and at ease and fully

Alex holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, along with qualifications and practitioner certificates in other beneficial therapies which may be used during your session, such as the Emotional Freedom Technique.
The great thing about hypnotherapy is that the results can often (although not in every case) be quite fast working.
Occasionally hypnosis may not suit a client and an alternative treatment will be suggested.
