What is Thai Massage?

Traditional Thai Massage is a therapeutic clothed bodywork combining applied yoga moves and acupressure massage which can increase energy, flexibility and relaxation.

This unique kind of oriental bodywork is a combination of Thai & Chinese techniques that work on the energy lines throughout the body.

What Happens During a Session?

Thai Massage is performed with the client wearing loose clothing and laying down on a futon or mattress. It is a very thorough treatment treating the whole body lasting for 1 - 2 hours, the latter being more thorough. There are a range of techniques suitable and appropriate for each client so the practitioner is able to choose and adapt treatments to suite each individual.

Medical Massage

Advanced Thai Medical Massage is a particular type of deep pressure treatment can be used to treat a multitude of different muscular complaints. The technique is to manipulate with an acupuncture thumb press this in turn releasing tension. A Blend of Thai Medical Oils are used to enhance the Manipulation.

Body Balance

Body Balance can correct misalignments of the Spine, Pelvis or other joints that may be painful. Specific muscular movements are used to energise and balance the problem areas and ease symptoms.

About Ian Sinicki

Ian lived in Thailand for more than 2 years Learning Thai massage and Reflexology techniques.

During this Period Ian has had the pleasure to travel extensively throughout northern and southern parts of the country learning different regional methods and combining them into his practice.

For some months he was based on the Eastern seaboard at Chonburi where he was invited to teach Thai body massage to English speaking students.

Here he met his wife Bubpha who is also a professional Thai Massage therapist. Ian and Bubpha are both graduates of Wat Pho University of Traditional Thai massage Based at the Wat Pho Temples in Bangkok.
